A circle and a square each have a perimeter of 88 cm. Which has a larger area?

Radius of circle will be 14 cm.

Side of square will be 22 cm.

Area of circle = πr^2

=22*7*14*14

=616 cm^2

Area of square =(side)^2

=(22 cm)^2

=484 cm^2

From the above calculation we can say that:

Area of circle is more than the area of square.
