A circle field of radius 41 m has a circular path of uniform width 5 m along and inside its boundary. Find the cost of paving the path at rupees 25 per sq metre​

a = \pi {r}^{2}  \:  \:  \:  \: \pi =  \frac{22}{7}

Area = (22/7)*41*41 = 5281

since 5m path is inside the circle the radius will be reduced by 5 so radius will be 36

Area of that part = (22/7)*36*36= 4071.5

required area =5281-4071.5 = 1209.5

Cost for paving path = 1029.5*25= 30237.5
