A circle has a radius of 7 cm. Find it area. If the area become four times the previous area, find the radius of new circle

Area of circle = πr²

radius(r)= 7cm

∴ Area of circle = 22÷7 × 7 × 7

22×7= 154 cm

Now, A.T.Q.

4 × 154 = 616

616 = 22/7 × r

r = 616 × 7/22

r = 196 cm
