sise of square if diagonal is given=a√2

a√2=11

a=11/√2

a=11√2/2

area of square =(11√2/2)²

121×2/4

60.5cm²

so, area of square =area of circle

area of circle =60.5cm²

diameter of circle =60.5/(22/7)

diameter =19.25 cm
