Side of square will be equal to the diameter of circle.
So the radius of circle is half of 14 i.e. 7cm.
Area of circle=πr^2

=22/7*7*7
=154cm^2


Area of square=side^2


=14^2=196cm^2

Area of enclosed part is area of square minus area of circle.

196-154

=42cm^2.
