6

Answer:

7cm

Step-by-step explanation:

Use the property that if circle is inscribed in a quad. then sum of opposite sides is equal (u can prove it by the fact that a point outside circle has 2 tangents of equal length on a circle)

now AB + CD = BC + AD

5 + 8 = 6 + AD

AD = 7cm

pinnapureddymeghana: And is 3
pinnapureddymeghana: Ans is 3
aayushg1713: That is wrong and or a little mistake in question because if you see AB + BC = 11 and CD = 8 cm now if u subtract u get 3cm but it is not true.
aayushg1713: I insist you to recheck the question
aayushg1713: If ans is 3 then BC must be 8cm and CD must be 6cm but in the question opposite is mentioned
