OP=OS=10 cm

BC=38 cm

PB=27cm

AD⊥CD

tangent segment to circle from extant point are congruent

Bp=BQ=27 cm

CQ=CR

BC=28\ cm

BQ+QC=38

QC=38−27=11 cm

DR, OS, Dr, OS is a rectangle

CD=CR+RD

=CQ+RD
