Here,
Shaded area,x =Area of square - 2(one-fourth of square) - 2quadrant of the circle
=Area of square - ½area of square - ½area of circle
=3²-(3²/2)-½πr²
=4.5-(22r²/2*7)

Using Pythagoras theorem to find diagonals
Diagonal=√(3²+3²)=3√2
d=⅓of diagonal²=6
r=3
x=4.5-(22*9/7*2)=4.5-99/7

wildlion7: Did till a step before final ans
nidhisheshwin: so,x=4.5-(22*9/7*2)=4.5-99/7 this is the final answer
wildlion7: Can you check the question please?
nidhisheshwin: hello/
wildlion7: Sorry, I don't think I can find now
wildlion7: I'm getting diameter same as side of square
nidhisheshwin: yes i also tried. i got the same
nidhisheshwin: but nice try
nidhisheshwin: thanks
nidhisheshwin: ok bye
