Remember :

l = rө

Where l = length of arc, r = radius

ө = angle in radian.

Therefore

l = 10.5 \times  \frac{\pi}{3}

(60° = π/3)

 =  > l = 3.5\pi \\ putting \: \pi = 3.14 \: we \: get \\ l = 3.5 \times 3.14 = 10.99cm
