area of rectangle= 1/2 × base × hieght

= 1/2 × 8× 5

= 20 cm²

now area of circle

given radius= 2 cm

area= π r²

= 22/7× 4 = 12.57 cm²

now remaining area of sheet

area(rect.) - area(circle)

20 cm²- 12.57 cm²

= 7.43 cm²
