Area of the Circle = π r2

=  \frac{22}{7}  \times  {70}^{2}

 =  \frac{22}{7}  \times 70 \times 70

 = 22 \times 10 \times 70

 = 15400 \:  {cm}^{2}

Circle is divided into 8 sectors i.e. 8 equal parts

Therefore, Area of one sector = 15400/8 = 1925 cm2

area of circle is πr²

here r =70cm

area of circle =3.14×[70]²

A=15386cm²

  • circle divided by 8 equal sector then area of a secter is

area of circle/8

15386/8=1924.25 cm²
