the removed circular sheets radius = 3cm

the original full sheet = 5cm

the area of remaining sheet = area of full sheet - area of removed sheet

[area of circle = πr²]

 \frac{22}{7}  \times 5 \times 5  \:  - \frac{22}{7}  \times 3 \times 3\\  =   \frac{550}{7}  - \frac{198}{7}  \\  =  \frac{352}{7}

= 50.28 cm² (approx.)

so the area of remaining sheet is 50.28cm² ,approximately.
