Area of the square aluminium sheet
= 12 cm × 12 cm
= 144 sq. cm

Area of the circle = $\pi {r}^{2}$
= 3.14 × 4 cm × 4 cm
= 50.24 sq. cm

Therefore, area left after cutting out the circle = (144 - 50.24) sq. cm
= 93.76 sq. cm
