If a circle passes through all sides of rectangle than rectangle will be a SQUARE.

Because in a circle the radii are equal, so the sides of the shapes that are touching the circle are equal.

If the circle joins the VERTICES of the rectangle, then only it would be called a cyclic quadrilateral. But in this question, it SIDES are mentioned.
