it is given that a circle with area 9π has a sector with central angle of 1/9 π radians.

we have to find the area of sector.

we know, area of. circle , A = πr²

⇒9π = πr²

⇒r = 3

now area of a sector of a circle = πr²θ/2π = 1/2 r²θ

here r = 3 and θ = π/9 radians

area of sector = 1/2 × (3)² × (π/9)

= 1/2 × 9 × π/9

= π/2 radians

therefore, area of sector is π/2 radians.
