First find area of rhombus than minus area of circle

area of rhombus= 1/2 × product of diagonals = 1/2 ×24cm × 32cm = 384cm^2
area of circle = πr^2 = 22/7 × 7cm × 7cm = 154cm^2
area of shaded portion =(384-154)cm^2=230cm^2
hope this will help you
