lets find the circumference of circular wire -
2*22/7*35
2*22*5
2*110

therefore perimeter of rectangle is 220 cm
therefore let the breadth be x -
then , 2(x+26+x)=220
2(2x+26)=220
4x+52=220
4x=220-52
4x=168
x=168/4
x=42
therefore breadth is 42 cm
length is 42+26= 68
