A circular disc of radius 0.1 m and mass 1 kg is rotating at the rate of 10 rps about its axis . Find the work that must be done to increase the rate of revolution to 20 rps

So TE= KE

KE (1)=1/2*1*10*10

=50J

KE (2)=1/2*1*20*20

=200J

Therefore,work done =200-50=150J
