A circular field of radius 41 m has a circular path of uniform width 5m along and inside its boundary . Find the cost of paving the path at rupees 25per square meter

here's ur answer..

given the radius of the circular field=41m

hence area of the circular field=πr²

=22/7×41×41

=36982/7m²

the path is inside the field. so the radius of the field excluding path is=41-5(as the width of the path is 5m)

=36m

area of the field excluding path=πr²

=22/7×36×36

=28512/7m²

therefore area of the path=36982-28512/7

=8470/7

=1210m²

thus cost of paving the path if per m² costs ₹25 =1210×25

=₹30250
