width of circular path=3m

so,

radius of inner circle=30m - 3m

=27m

area of inner circle=πr^2

=3.14*27*27

=2289.06m^2

area of circular path=area of circular field - area of inner circle

= 2826 - 2289.06

=536.94m^2
