a- diameter of the flower bed= 3m

to find the length of the metal boundary we have to find the circumference of the flower bed.

circumference of circle= diameter*π

so, 3m*π

= 3m*22/7

= 9.42m

hence the length of the metal boundary placed around it is 9.42m

b- length of the metal boundary= 9.42m

cost of metal boundary per metre is₹25

so total cost of the metal boundary is 9.42*25

=₹235.50

hence the boundary will cost ₹235.50
