circle::
diameter = 20m, sidewalk =2m
area of the flower bed( incl sidewalk) = pie r square . 3.14 x 10 x 10
= 314.00m SQ

area of flower bed (excl sidewalk) = pie r square
=3.14 x 8 x 8
= 200.96 m sq

side walk = incl area - excl area= 314 - 200.96 = 113.4m sq

hello frnd!

here's ur answer...

given the diameter of the circular flower bed is 20m.

therefore radius of the flower bed=20/2

=10m

area of the flower bed=πr²

=3.14×10×10

=314m²

if the path is all around the flower bed and it's width is 2m, then the radius of the flower bed along with the path will be=10+2

=12m

therefore it's area=πr²

=3.14×12×12

=452.16m²

hence the area of the path=452.16-314

=138.16m²

hope this helps..!
