Step-by-step explanation:

Area of circular garden = πr^2

22/7×20×20

22/7×200

4400/7

628.57 metre^2

Area the sprinkler can cover = πr^2

22/7×14×14

22×2×14

44×14

616 metre^2

Area sprinkler can't cover = 628.57-616

8.57 metre^2

Area of the field that the sprinkler cannot cover =Area of Garden -Area cover by sprinkler

=πR^2- πr^2

=π(R^2-r^2)

=22/7(20^2-14^2)

=22/7(400-196)

=22/7*204

=614.142m^2
