Step-by-step explanation:

Area of the circle

=πr^2

=22/7×21×21

=1386m^2

Area of circle along with the path

=πr^2

=22/7×23.1×23.1

=1677.06m^2

Area of the path =Area of the circle along with the path-Area of circle

=1677.06-1386

=291.06m^2

Cost of gravelling

=291.06×150

=43659m^2
