⭐GIVEN:

  • Radius(r) of a circular ground=56cm.

  • Radius (R) of a road runs outside around it= 7cm.

⭐TO FIND:

  • Area of the road=?

⭐$OLUTION:

  • Area of a circle=πr²......... (Formula)

Area of a circular ground=πr²

=22/7×(56) ²

=22/7×56×56

=22×8×56

=176×56

=9856

Therefore, Area of a circular ground is 9856 cm².

Now,

Area of a circular ground including road

=πr²

=22/7×63×63

=12474cm²

Area of a road = Area of a circular ground including the road-area of a circular ground.

=12474-9856=2618

Therefore, The area if the road is 2618 cm².
