    Radius = 31.5

Circumference = 2πr

                         = ${ \tt 2 \times \dfrac{22}{7} \times 31.5}$

                         = ${ \tt 63 \times \dfrac{22}{7} }$

                         = ${ \tt \dfrac{ 63 \times 22}{7} }$

                         = ${ \tt \dfrac{1386 }{7}$

                         ${\tt = 198 }$

∴ the Circumference is 198 cm².

Cost for fencing = Rate × Cirumference

                           = 25 × 198

                           = 4950

Therefore, the Cost for fencing the ground is Rs. 4950.
