Area of frame=Area of whole figure-Area of mirror
=πR^2-1386
=22/7*(21+3.5)^2
=22/7*24.5*24.5
=1886.5-1386
=500.5cm^2
Cost of making the frame=500.5*1.5
=Rs.750.75
