Answer

radius of the circular mirror = 21 cm

area of the circular mirror = 22/7*21*21  = 1342 cm^2

if the radius is increased by 3.5 cm = 21+3.5 = 24.5 cm

new area = 22/7*24.5*24.5 = 1884.78 cm^2

area between the frame and mirror = 1884.78 - 1342 =

                                                       542.78 cm^2

therefore the cost = 15 * 542.78 =  8141.7 rs
