Area of park= 3.14×20×20=1256sq.m
Area including road=3.14×(20+5)(20+5)
=3.14×25×25=1962.5sq.m
Area of road= 1962.5sq.m-1256sq.m
=706.5sq.m
Cost of metalling the road= 706.5×14rs
=9891rs

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

r=20m     R=20+5m

Area of path(road) =area of bigger circle-area of smaller circle

                      =πR²-πr²

                      =π(R²-r²)

                      =3.14(25²-20²)

                      =3.14(41)

                       =128.74m²

Area of metalling the road(path)=14(128.74)

                                                    =1802.36 Rs
