Area of circular park =3.14*400=1256m2

radius of circle forming include road = 20+2=22m

therefore,

area of circle formed=3.14*22*22=1519.76m2

hence,

area of road = area of circle formed-area of circular park

= 1519.76-1256=263.76m2.
