A circular pice of thin wire is converted into a rhombus of side 11cm.find the diameter of the circular peice

Heya,

According to the question,
Side of rhombus = 11cm

As, we know that rhombus have all sides equal

So, perimeter of rhombus = 4×11 = 44cm

As, the circular pice of thin wire is converted into a rhombus.
Therefore,

Circumference of circle = Perimeter of rhombus
so,
Circumference of circle = 44cm

Now,

2πr = 44

=> 2×22/7×r = 44

=> r = 44×7/44

=> r = 7

So, radius of circle = 7 cm

Therefore, diameter of circle = 2×7
= 14 cm
