perimeter of the rhombus = 4a
=4*11=44cm
perimeter of the rhombus = circumference of the circle
=> 44cm = 2πr
=>44cm=2*22/7*r
=>7cm = r
hence, diameter of the circle = 2r
= 2*7 =14 cm
