Solution:

➭ Area a circle = πr² or π × r²

➭ Value of π = 22/7 approx.

   r² = 77²

➭ Area of the circular plot-

$\sf{=\dfrac{22}{7}\times\dfrac{77}{1}\times\dfrac{77}{1}}$

$\sf{=\dfrac{22}{1}\times\dfrac{11}{1}\times\dfrac{77}{1}}$

$\sf{=22\times11\times\77}$

$\bf{=18634\:m^{2}}$

➭ Value of the circular plot = 18634 × 57

                                             = 1062138 rupees

Therefore, the value of the circular plot is ₹1062138.
