a circular pond has a 80 cm wide footpath along its edge a man walks around the auter edge of the footpath with 64 cm. long steps. in 300 steps, he makes a full round. what is the radius of the pond?​

Answer:

Circumference of outer edge is equal to 64 X 300= 19200

We know

Circumference = 2 πr

19200=2πr

r=19200×7/44

=3054.54

Radius of pond=radius of outer edge

=3054.54-80

=2974.54cm

=2974.54/100m

=29.7m
