                   =122.46 sq.m.

Cost of constructing park 1 sq.m. = Rs.25

Cost of constructing park 122.46 sq.m.= 25*122.46 =Rs.3061.5

Hence  the cost of constructing the park at the rate of 25rs per meter square is Rs.3061.5
