12m=14m-2m
circumference of inner circle= 12m(22/7)

area of the path = area of outer circle - area of inner circle
area of outer circle is (22/7)r*r
3.14*14m*14m
616m*m
area of inner circle is (22/7)r*r
3.14*12m*12m
452.5m*m
area of Path is 616m*m-452.5m*m
=163.5m*m
