So. area surrounded by path = Area of circle of diameter ( 28 + 7 ) m - Area of circle of diameter 28 m.

Therefore , Area required, $A=\pi (\dfrac{35}{2})^2-\pi (\dfrac{28}{2})^2$.

$A=346.5\ m^2$.

b ). Given :

Cost of constructing the path is AED 30 per sq.m .

Therefore , cost of construction of $346.5\ m^2$ area is = $346.5\times 30=10395\ AED.$
