Volume = d^2[0.011d + 0.785H]

625= d^2[0.011d+0.785*3]

625=d^2[0.011d+2.255]

625=0.011*d^3+2.255*d^2

0.011*d^3+2.255*d^2-625=0

On Solving the equation we get d=16.03 m

Hence diameter of the tank = 16.03m
