CIRCULAR WELL:-

diameter = d = 120cm

radius = r = 60cm [d÷2]

height (depth) = h = 950cm

Volume of the mud removed = Volume of cylinder

πr²h = 22/7 × 60 × 60 × 950

       = 75240000 ÷ 7

       = 10748571.42cm³

The volume of the mud removed to make the well = 10748571.42cm³.

Find the radius:

Radius = Diameter ÷ 2

Radius = 120 ÷ 2 = 60 cm

Convert 60 cm into m= 0.6m

Volume = πr²h

Volume = π(0.6)²(9.5) = 3.42π = 10.75 m³

Answer: The volume of mud removed is 10.75 m³
