a circular well of radius 3.5m is dug 20m deep and the earth so dug is spread on a rectangular plog of length 14m and breadth 11m. find the volume of the earth dug out and the height of the platform formed by spreading the earth on the rectangular plot

Volume of earth dugout=pi*r*r*depth=769.69m^3
Volume of rectangular plot =length *breadth*height=14*11*h
Since the dugout soil is spread on the rectangular plot the volume of plot is equal to volume of soil dugout
769.96=14*11*h
h=4.997988m

22/7 *3.5*3.5*20=11*14*H
22* 1.75*20/11* 14 =H
2* 0.25 *10=H
0.50*10=H
H=5 m.
