Solution :-

Here,

Diameter of the circular well = 2m

Therefore,

Radius of the circular well = 2/2 = 1 m

Now,

According to the question,

The well is in circular shape and Volume is also given in the question that is 44m^3

Therefore,

Volume of the cylinder = πr^2h

Let the height of the circular well be h

Put the required values in the given formula,

44 = 22/7 * 1 * 1 * h

h = 7 * 44 / 22 * 1 * 1

h = 308 / 22

h = 14

Hence,

The depth ( Height) of the circular well = 14m .
