Given radius = 28cm

No of Revolutions in a minute= 300

(1) - the total distance the wheel can travel is equal to the radius times the number of revolutions

Distance = 300 * 28 = 8,400 cm.

(2) Distance over time = Speed

Time = 1 minute = 60 seconds

Speed = distance/ time

           = 8400/60

           = 160 cm/s

     To convert cm/s to km/h multiply the answer with 0.036

 Speed = 160 * 0.036 = 5.76kmph
