Length of wire=28cm

So, Perimeter of square=28cm

Side of square=28÷4cm=7cm

So, the area enclosed by the wire as a square=7^2 cm^2=49 cm^2

Now, the circumference of the circle=28 cm=2×22/7×r

2×22/7×r=28

r=(28×7)/2×22=4.45

So, the radius of the circle=4.45 cm

The area of the circle=22/7×4.45×4.45=62.18cm^2
