Diameter of circle=77 cm

Radius of circle=77/2 cm

circumference of circle=2πr=2×22/7×77/2=242 cm

let breadth of rectangle=b

than length of rectangle=1.42 b

Perimeter of rectangle=circumference

2(b+1.42b)=242

2×2.42b=242

b=50 , l=71

Area of rectangle=71×50=3550 sq cm
