radius of circular wire = 21

circumference of circular wire = 2πr

2*22/7*21

2*22*3

132cm

now ,

perimeter of square = 132 cm

4a=132 cm

a = 132/4

a= 33 cm

area of square is a*2

2*33

66 sqm
