perimeter of circle=perimeter of square (as same wire is used)

per. of circle=2pi*r=2*3.14*28=per. of square=4l

solving we get the value of l as 43.98   (2*3.14*28/4)

hence area of square = l^2=43.98^2=1934.44 cm^2
