A+B=1/12

150% of B =(3/2 )B

now 2A+(3/2)B=1/7

Solving Both we get B=1/21 hours

then put it in any above we get A=(1/12)-(1/21)=1/28

therefore A worked in 28 h

per minute A pipe capacity is 2.5 litres

now 28*60*2.5=4200 litres capacity of tank

Answer:

The capacity of the tank is 4200L.

Explanation:

Given A and B can fill the tank in 12 hours.

therefore, A+B=1/12

150% of B =(3/2 )B

now 2A+(3/2)B=1/7

Solving Both we get B=1/21 hours

then put it in any above we get A=(1/12)-(1/21)=1/28

therefore A worked in 28 h

per minute A pipe capacity is 2.5 litres

now 28*60*2.5=4200 litres capacity of tank
