Flood is a deadly disaster if not treated properly,
Drainage doesn't mean Dirty water, It means the flow of water, If there is no Proper Drainage system then It is dangerous,
If there is no proper system the water may overflow, and enter into the city Z , which is harmful, When there is rain, It makes rise of water level in river M, Which means there will be a chance of flood as the rise of water level may enter the city,
If there is a chance of flood, Then there is no doubt in having Fear of flood,
