A class has 50 girls. half of them want to make dresses requiring 4.8m cloth per dress. the other half want to make skirts of the same cloth requiring 3.6m per skirt. how many 50m rolls of cloth should they buy?

Answer is 5 rolls.

4.8m x 25 = 120m
3.6m x 25 = 90 m

Total = 210m

No. Of rolls has to be purchased is 5, which will be sufficient.
