A class library is to be set up by 32 students of a class by donating 2 books each. The books are arranged in such a way that there are equal number of books in each rack as the number of racks. After arranging the books it was found that 3 racks have English books, 1 rack has Hindi books, 1 rack has Tamil books and the remaining racks have books on General Knowledge. What is the probability that the book chosen is not an English book? 1/8 1/4 5/8 3/4
